The Body only knows how to heal. The Being needs to learn how to allow it.
a contemplation about the complexities of substance animating form
Welcome to a series of written contemplations that are guiding my own personal Grand Rising Experience and how it will inevitably seep into the Podcast, Portal and Summits. These are fluid concepts, both tangible and abstract, I find my Self flowing through as I seek to find greater wells of purpose and peace, through an embodied journey into the truth of who I am.
These musings represent the heavily nuanced conversations I am inviting into my life and holding space to have and explore more deeply. Please join me in the comments or reach out to me privately, if you feel called to share.
Current contemplation: The Body only knows how to heal. The Being needs to learn how to allow it.
As I seek to heal a pronounced physical manifestation of both lived and generational emotions related to loss, the concepts of nutrition and light from the macro to micro have been bubbling to the surface. This is just the very tip of the conversation I’ve been embroiled in within since May, which I am feeling called to share.
If what we ingest we express, what are the indicators that signal and flag where there is an obstruction between input and output?
From a very zoomed out and macro-nutritional perspective, what am I struggling to effectively and efficiently digest, absorb, assimilate, circulate, and eliminate within my Being, and why?
How are these disruptions within my Being affecting my ability to photosynthesize light within the body, and what methods are being employed to create artificial light energy because I am avoiding/outsourcing the work required of me to receive it organically and direct from source?
What disruptions get translated into symptoms, then bundled and labeled as a diagnosis? Diagnosis being a defined and externalized reaction to a series of symptoms that indicate something is broken or needs fixing, versus observing, internalizing and acknowledging the signals as a healing response to consistent choices that are in discordance with my natural state of being? Choices I now get to choose to address or avoid.
This macro-nutritional perspective informs how we process feelings, emotions, thoughts, words, actions, beliefs, ideologies, information, relationships, etc. through us, regardless of what external form it takes. One that exists across all planes and dimensions, with sneaky cords that reach from the past, project into the future, either of which can plug into the present at any given moment, and disrupt our ability to receive, hold, and emit light.
The process of ingest, digest, absorb, assimilate, circulate, and eliminate, reflects the health and vitality of one’s current lived reality and how it is both created and reinforced. But a cycle that should have a clear entrance and exit pathway, can turn into a series of detours and roadblocks that keep us in the dark, looping and out of flow.
Victim-consciousness (lack of light) feels like it remains an active current within the fabric of our being and therefore society, because we find comfort in re-cording and connecting into the shadowy trauma of our past to the extent that it becomes our i.d-entity. It is a concept that appears for me as an image of a switchboard operator constantly connecting and disconnecting conversations across time and space, while eavesdropping and creating feedback loops based on their own perceptions, perspectives, and projections.
If we can transcend and raise our perspective to hold the innerstanding that we were born into a cycle and system that can only exist if we are traumatized beyond the womb, perhaps we can then begin to claim healing as our birthright and the only state the body knows. Stepping out from under a complex web of diagnosis, that keeps us fragmented and away from claiming and embodying the truth of who we are.
A truth that dissolves enslavement from the inside out. A truth that births a self-trust that shines a light on the diagnosis psychosis that steers towards externally prescribed authority figures for answers, instead of witnessing and observing the lessons they are reflecting back to you. A truth that requires we lean into and listen to the results of how we choose to nourish all aspects of Self, so we can take the full responsibility and accountability needed to make the necessary individual adjustments.
If the body only knows how to heal, why does choosing to perpetually pick at the scab that prevents the wound from healing, feel safer than tapping into and listening to the Self that is asking us to stop repeating the patterns and habits that require the scab to form in the first place? Digging a litte deeper, do we surround ourselves with those who reinforce the i.d-entity that enables the wound to fester in perpetuity, because subconsciously we resonate with how their wounds mirror our own?
This becomes an invitation to contemplate how we allow our free will, and therefore soul expression, to be hijacked and manipulated by projections trespassing upon us to satisfy a grandiose need to self-diagnosis, instead of allowing healing to lead and take shape.
So I find my Self asking, am I willing to H.A.L.T in order to rise?
Am I willing to enter into a temporary state of suspension, so that I can truly discern if I am reacting to the symptoms that create a diagnosis or responding to a healing cue?
Can I witness and observe how I nourish my Self through the lens of radical Honesty, Acceptance, Loyalty and Trust in order to claim the perpetual state of healing I’ve been born into?
Can I tune out the external static and into the internal resonance, that allows the needs of my Body to be heard and honored by my Being?
Can I stay loyal to and trust my own healing path, without being romanced or indoctrinated into a methodology, practice, protocol, community, supplement or procedure that makes me feel seen, heard and held, but is actually just picking at a vulnerable wound?
To be continued…
